We work hard to have pulled pork, brisket, ribs and sausage ready all the time; however, we can't guarantee it! Please call ahead if you need something special. If you will want more than two pounds of meat, it is wise to call the day before! We'll have your order ready when you arrive! Our travelling smokehouse offers all of this and more, served up with all the fixins. Stop by and pick up dinner by the pound, or indulge in our Phat Hattie Sandwich Plate . . . a sandwich pilled high with pulled pork, sliced brisket or sliced spicy sausage, along side beans, potato salad and slaw! Our “Q” stands for Quality!We delight in serving fresh, hot and delicious slow smoked meats dripping with our ‘Phabulous’ signature barbeque sauce. And we mean S L O W . . . did you know it takes about 16 hours to smoke a whole brisket? This of course, is how we capture the same flavors found only in the best of bbq restaurants. |
